Harriet has practised since 2001 and joined Alcocks Property Lawyers in 2005. She is Head of our Conveyancing Department and has extensive experience in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, building a loyal client base. Harriet deals with freehold property and advises all manner of clients, from first time buyers to investors. She also deals with re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Richard has practised since 1996. He currently advises our Residential Property Team on all aspects of a conveyancing transaction.

Lisa Cooper
Experienced Conveyancer
Lisa joined our Residential Property Team in 2012. She is currently studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer and deals with all aspects of conveyancing, including freehold transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
